TabTrade.com - Is It Worth Opening an Account

Tab Trade — What It Is

Tab Trade opened in March 2026. Online broker incorporated in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, a well-known broker.

His background matters. It means the founder is not figuring it out from scratch. Does not guarantee anything. Still more reassuring than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres institutional desks use. The typical new launch leads with marketing and bonuses. Tab Trade did the opposite. Unusual for a new broker.

What you can trade: forex, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, equities, crypto, exchange-traded funds. 1,000+. For a platform that launched in March 2026, that range is not narrow.

The Software

Available: MT5, cTrader, and web trading. Both platforms from a single account. A lot of brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. Use whichever you prefer.

MT5 is the default. Full charting, EAs, massive community. If you have traded on MetaTrader before, it is familiar territory.

cTrader is the alternative. Cleaner order book. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.

Direct FIX connectivity is offered for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 deposit). TradingView is said to be coming. That should round things out once it is live.

Costs

Three account types: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Straightforward. No minimum deposit. Works for beginners.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On EUR/USD, the raw spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your all-in cost sometimes sits under half a pip. That is hard to beat for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that offer pricing like this ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX connectivity, sub-20ms execution, custom pricing. Not something the average person. Do not worry about it unless you move real size.

Execution Speed

This is where this broker stands apart. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is not marketing fluff. The average platform quote 100ms to 300ms.

Does it matter? If you scalp, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says what kind of broker this is.

Pair those fill times with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and the overall offering holds up. Not many platforms with no minimum deposit have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

This is the part you need to be straight about. TabTrade is under the FSRA in Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No CySEC. No fund protection scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a problem for you, stop reading. There are tier-1 alternatives out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a proper broker. The execution setup is expensive. Dodgy operations do not pay for proper execution infrastructure. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of how you think about it.

The trade-off: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that makes sense is your call.

Welcome Offer

TabTrade runs bonus funds of up to $2,000. Typical welcome offer. You fund your account, the broker top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: minimum lots traded before you can withdraw the bonus. Read the conditions before you commit.
